When is the deadline to order?

FuelMe works with a model where you have to order the week beforehand to get the meals delivered to you the week after. On Monday our new menu appears online. You can order until Friday midnight for Monday delivery and until Sunday midnight for Wednesday delivery. 

Why is there a deadline?

We do not keep ingredients in a freezer, but collect all the fresh ingredients everything fresh before the delivery day. At the same time this way of working eliminates food waste.

What days of the week do you deliver and at what time?

We deliver meals on Mondays and Wednesdays to your pick-up point. We place them in the fridge and you can grab them from 05:30 PM onwards. You can check the closing time of the pick-up points on this page

Do I pay for delivery?

Delivery to your selected pick-up point is free and included in the price.

How is FuelMe different from other meal bag services?

A meal bag service gives your the raw ingredients and recipe suggestions, where you have to cook the meal yourself. FuelMe offers you a bag of ready-made, clean meals prepared with quality ingredients. 

Can I order any number of meals that I like? 

You can pick one of our meal plans: 4, 6, 8, 10 or 12 meals for the week. A good way to order meals is to pair up and order with a friend. You can also order a try-out meal.

Can I order all my meals for one delivery day?

Yes, you can! You can pick a meal plan for the week (4, 6, 8, 10 or 12 meals) and divide them over our delivery days as you see fit. If you want all meals for Monday, all for Wednesday or divide them over both days - it's up to you, champ. 

Why does it say “order limit reached” for a pick-up point? 

When the order page mentions "order limit reached" for a pick-up point it means that we have reached the maximum amount of orders for that specific pick-up point because of the amount of available space in our fridge. We do not want bags to end up outside of the fridge and go to waste.

Do you have recurring orders, like a subscription model? 

Yes, we do! With our subscription model you select the number of meals you would like to get delivered every week. You can give certain preferences and we will make sure those meals get delivered to you. With the subscription model you save 15% on our regular pricing.

Can I cancel my order? 

You can cancel your order for a full refund before the order deadline on Friday midnight and Sunday midnight. Just email us and let us know. After the ordering deadline cancelations are not possible anymore. You can make your friends, girlfriend, boyfriend, parents happy with healthy and tasty food for the upcoming week. 

How long does the food stay fresh?

In general the food stays good for up to 3 days. You can check the meal cards that are placed in the bag as well.

Are you meals frozen?

Frozen? Hell no. Our meals are always fresh and prepared as close to the delivery day as possible (during the night before and on the morning of delivery). If you need to, you can freeze meals to eat later in the week. 

Do you have any pictures of the meals? 

Sure thing, check out our Instagram page. We are currently working on a menu page with an overview of all our meals. 

How do I reheat the meals? 

The packaging is microwaveble, the plastic foil is not. You can also take the food out of the package and reheat it on a plate in a microwave for 2-3 minutes. If microwave technology is not your favorite, you can heat it in a pan. All meals are prepared in that way that after 2-3 minutes of heating they are perfect for eating. Heating them too long is no good for the taste. Some meals can be eaten cold, which is then mentioned on the meal card. 

Is your packaging biodegrable? 

Our packaging is eco-friendly and after a quick rinse it can easily be recycled with your cartboard.

What happens to my meals if I don't pick them up? 

If you are not able to pick up your meals, you still have the chance to get them the day after the delivery day (so, Tuesday and Thursday). If on Wednesday and Friday we see bags from the previous delivery day still in the fridge, we'll have to toss them out. 

I have allergies. How do I know I am safe to eat the meals?

Each menu comes with a full ingredient list on our website. So you know exactly what you are ordering. If you want to be absolutely sure, you can always email us at info@fuelme.fi.

I would like to try it, but I am not sure whether I will like the meals.

We understand it's always a step to try a new service. We have a try-out meal that you can order for €9. We also apply a full money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with your meals.

I am not a member or client at one of your pick-up points, can I still order meals?

Yes, you can. The pick-up points are not exclusively for the members. They like clean and healthy food like you do, so don't be shy.
